不支持头像图片

好像只支持媒体处上传和在文章中添加的图片，其他地方添加的不支持。
比如用户自己上传的头像图片、文章生成的海报图片。
文件都是在/wp-content/uploads里面的。
网站这边显示的图片链接是cos的，但是实际上图片并没有上传到cos里面去。

用不了，打开这个插件上传图片慢的要死，经常http错误，偶尔上传上去一张图，又不显示缩略图，不知道这种废品上架干什么？

目前腾讯云cos方面能找到的插件不多，好多都不维护了，这个插件功能可以，用起来也没问题，支持下。
