As long as you only need to see their MD5 password, which is just a bunch of gibberish. But to see user passwords, not a chance. It does not work as the plugin name suggests.

It just displays a bunch of useless encrypted strings, but they don't give you access to the user profile.
Just a waste of time.

If you want to keep an eye on MD5 password of your users this is your plugin.
So in case you delete the user or change his password you can always set it again without knowing it using the database access.
