The support for this plugin is great. My support questions have been answered within shortest time. Although the plugin is free, the support provided is better than for many commercial software.
Limited, won't work on a menu or directly in a template

I was hoping this would be an easy way to add a contact link that opens in a modal. Adding the shortcode to a menu (with an added plugin for the menu to support shortcodes) didn't work. Using it on a theme template didn't do anything either (have to use the php echo for a shortcode in a template).

I was using another plugin before this but faced several issues.
Popup addon for Ninja Forms works without any issues on my wordpress. Kudos to the developer for the plugin.
Please keep adding more and more features.
